Setup for Microsoft Outlook
1. Open Microsoft Outlook and choose the 'Tools' menu. Click on 'Email Accounts'.
2. If you are adding a new account please follow the steps below.
3. Make sure you choose "Add new Account" The screen should look similar to the one in the image below.
4. Choose POP3 from the listas shown in the image below.
5. Enter the details provided by us into the boxes,making sure that the screen looks similar to the figure below.
6. Click on the 'More Settings' button. Click 'OK' once you are happy it appears as follows.
NB Alternative settings for steps 4 to 6.
If your Internet Service Provider does not allow you to use your website's own outgoign mail server, as above, you should follow the following steps. Contact your ISP if you are unsure.
4a. The password field should contain the password that matches the email account, with which we have provided you.
5a. Change the outgoing mail (SMTP) field so that it resembles the follwoing.
6a. Click on the 'Settings' button. Click 'OK' once you are happy it appears as follows.
7. Click on the 'Test Settings' tab. It should appear as follows.
8. If all the settings enterd are correct you will get the message which should like the image below.
